With an MBA degree in HR and Marketing and an English Honours degree from St. Xavier’s College, Shalini has taken up training and content development as her profession. She is also pursuing  her PhD in Women Well-being. Shalini has diploma in learning disabilities and special need education. She is also a certified Life Coach in Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness. With a plethora of awards in her name she has now taken up the journey of her entrepreneurial aspirations to give back to the society. Presently she is touching the lives of many as a holistic wellbeing coach and a passionate content developer. With a rich experience of years in the industry, Shalini founded Creative Think as a place where one can rediscover oneself with proper guidance and develop one’s skill towards Professional and personal success. She started as a freelancer leaving behind her full time industry job in the pursuit to deliver quality training and content at a very considerate rate with guided consultation as part of every project. With Creative Think, she has created a unique platform to touch and improve the lives of both the sides by not only offering the services through very experienced and specialised professionals but also by offering opportunities to the Female professionals who for some reasons got cut-off from the Professional world and were looking for a platform to rekindle their passion. Starting with individual clients in the area of training she identified client needs and started delivering in various wellbeing modules pertaining to soft skills and behavioural training. She then started approaching small businesses and start-ups for group trainings and very soon she got recognised for her promising breakthrough women development program that helped many women to restart their careers without compromising on their day-to-day challenges that had stopped them from stepping out of their house for work. Outstanding results as part of interview trainings and motivation and confidence building trainings gave her further motivation to grow as a team to serve larger set of clients. On the other hand, she started serving big corporate clients on various content development needs after being a reviewer and content expert for various academic content firms. Her work calibre was appreciative, and this helped her grow in the front from just basic blogs and articles to complete website content development projects and internal communication and employee engagement contents. With this there was no looking back for her. She started recognising talents from among her client base and helped empower many women to restart their careers with Creative Think. With growing clients and identifying that every client had a very unique need, she brought in a process-based approach to redesigning her training and content services exclusively built upon individual client requirement. She calls this to be just a start and looks to develop a very unique program soon that would empower clients to take up self-learning with Creative Think.
